Since a lot of good and inexpensive goods are produced in Hong Kong, most of the items on our website are produced in and sent from Hong Kong to the whole world, and a small part is from China.

Taxes may apply for imported goods/services and is regulated by the country law. kk-city is not responsible for any tax invoice charged on its products. Shipping rates are estimates and may depend on different policies and tax rates applied per country. Please contact local customs for clarity and information.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM/ORDER?  

You can exchange a purchased product within 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund nor exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
